Creating own rulesets

It would be nice to be able to create one owns ruleset. It should consist of a overpass rule and presets for tags and values.

Hi Adrian,

yes, definitively a great idea! This would make the QA editor more
flexible. Thus, the users would not be restricted to the given profiles.
I also already thought that something like this would be a good extension.

However, as far as I can see this would involve some major extensions on
both frontend and backend. Currently, I do not have capacity to work on
this, but I will put in my agenda for either the next hacking day or the
next Bachelor/Master thesis in our group. I'll get back to you as soon
as there is a possibility to discuss options for implementation with you.
