Replace TTF fonts with subsetted & optimised WOFF versions

I hope we can provide pre-release versions of our Charis SIL Africa subset WOFF fonts. It may dramatically reduce load time.

I can do this as soon as i get my hands on the fonts, but I have to check to see if we're ready to build those fonts now.

Drat. Just realized that the normal Android browser doesn't support WOFF - not even in the latest version. Unbelievable. Oh well. http://caniuse.com/woff

So for now the best technique will be to use the TTFs. However, we'll look into providing both WOFF and TTF versions of our subset fonts. I'll leave this open in case we're able to deliver some preliminary subset TTFs.
