New tasks uploaded do not work

Currently new tasks are not integrating with toolkit correctly. Experiments created using these tasks are not working.

Sir can you please elaborate a bit more on the issue?

This functionality is not robust (not tested well). I will list problems that we are currently facing

1. New task when uploaded should be checked if all the files are under parent directory or not. And required files like task.php, end.php and config.xml etc
2. If I create a new experiment for the uploaded task. Experiments it does not work as intended.
