On the DetChar: Data availability plots (e.g., LHO and LLO), could the caption at the top of the DQ segments section be modified to read something like: DQ segments. Red = 'known' segments; Green = 'active' segments or something similar, so that users don't think that red = query didn't find any segments at all (like the other 2 sections) and green = segments are available?
