Add `--clean-tempfiles` flag

It may be beneficial for users to keep around temporary files for the purposes of debugging. I suggest a `--clean-tempfiles` flag that will toggle whether or not temporary files are removed (see [this](https://github.com/gwpy/pyomicron/blob/master/omicron/cli/process.py#L1436) line for where that action is performed).
