The Welcome Guide link is broken

If you click the "Welcome Guide" link on the Community page you get a 404.

Add or change: please fix the link, or if the welcome guide has not been written, please give some information on the type of formatting supported in posts (emphasis, code blocks, and if Markdown is supported what variant). Thanks!

As stated at the top of the README, the Github docs aren't the current docs. The current docs are here:

Thank you for the explanation. I saw the comment at the top of the README, which says in part:

The Markdown files, a.k.a. legacy docs, are in the process of being migrated...

but I assumed that meant the documentation in some other place (the "legacy docs"), as oppose to the README I was currently reading, was invalid. It was not obvious that the README itself contained invalid links.

I suggest that the README be edited to say:

The Markdown files (a.k.a. legacy docs), including the remainder of this README, are in the process of being migrated...

If I had seen that, I would not have thought the links below were still intended to be used.

Alternatively, remove the rest of the README after the warning. Thanks!
