Fix the weird bug with choice count sometimes carrying on to next question

I think it only happens when you add a new question, not when you reload. Then for some reason the count isn't reset.

But it doesn't seem like it's enough to reset choiceCount when you add a question, I guess that wouldn't make sense either as it's a counter kept throughout the render.

I do confirm that it seems like it only happens when you add a new question live. It works if you refresh the page afterwards.
