Remove old terragrunt references from 1password #165

Overview
There are several artifacts stored in 1password from the old terragrunt setup and the transitional terraform setup. These need to be removed
Action Items
Using the same search terms in #164, either remove entries that refer to terragrunt or mark them as deprecated in 1password
