Are these valid cases for creating ER issues or should they just be DR issues instead?

• PR switch to alpine image #275
  • ER: create DR for decision to use Alpine #306 to record the information that's considered and why we went with Alpine
    • make issue for DR
  • ER: Create DR for why we make mac users build amd64 docker image #304 to compare the options and why we chose that one

Milestone for documentation

I created documentation issues and marked a lot of them as Team Workflow. I'm not sure if that's right or should they be under something else?
