🚨 Bug: "Start Your Journey" and "Learn More" buttons not working

Description

On the homepage of the website, the two primary CTA buttons:

• Start Your Journey
• Learn More

are currently non-functional. Clicking on them does not trigger any route change, scroll action, or modal display. This is a critical issue as these buttons are expected to help users navigate or learn more about your service.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the homepage (or local development link).
2. Try clicking on the "Start Your Journey" button.
3. Try clicking on the "Learn More" button.
4. Observe that nothing happens.

Expected Behavior

• "Start Your Journey" should ideally navigate the user to a signup form, registration section, or next part of the onboarding flow.
• "Learn More" should either scroll to the next informative section or route to a details page.

• What should be the intended functionality for both buttons?
