Junctionseq marked as deprecated in bioconductor.

Dear @hartleys ,

It came to my attention that JunctionSeq was marked as deprecated in bioconductor. (http://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/JunctionSeq.html). Do you plan to update the package so it's not removed from the repository?
