Sig gene wtih the P-value as NA

Hi,

Here is some content from testsigGenes.results.txt.gz using the example data. I see so many values as NA. So confused about the result.

If you look at column 5 you will see the reason that the test was filtered. It looks like most of them had low counts and thus did not pass the necessary count threshold to be considered worth testing.

Thank you so much. But why some events with low counts have the p-value, some are not. I was so confused about that.
