Looking for maintainers/administrators of hashicorp/packer-plugin-alicloud

I am an engineer from Alibaba Cloud. I am opening this issue to ask about the current maintenance status of hashicorp/packer-plugin-alicloud and to find a better way to coordinate with the plugin maintainers.

We have noticed that pull request reviews and releases for hashicorp/packer-plugin-alicloud have been progressing slowly recently. We have tried opening issues directly in the hashicorp/packer-plugin-alicloud repository and contacting the listed maintainer email address, asvin@hashicorp.com, but have not yet received a response.

Since a number of Alibaba Cloud customers rely on packer-plugin-alicloud and need new features, bug fixes, and timely releases, we would like to establish a faster communication channel with the administrators or maintainers of hashicorp/packer-plugin-alicloud.

In addition, we would be interested in helping maintain hashicorp/packer-plugin-alicloud from Alibaba Cloud's side. We believe this could help improve issue triage, pull request review turnaround, feature iteration, and release frequency for the plugin, while still following HashiCorp's project governance and contribution guidelines.

Could you please advise the preferred way to discuss maintenance, contribution workflow, review coordination, or potential co-maintenance/transfer of this plugin? We are happy to provide more context and communicate through GitHub issues, email, or a call.

@hwhuangzsly We have already contacted the Alibaba team and are in the process of adding the suggested members as maintainers to the alicloud plugin.
