azurerm: Updates not publishing to Maven Central

Expected Behavior

Updated versions of the cdktf-provider-azurerm library should be published to the Maven Central repository as they get released.

Actual Behavior

Release pipelines have been failing to publish new versions of the pre-built azurerm provider to Maven Central and NuGet Gallery for the past few months. The most recent version in Maven Central is 14.3.0, uploaded June 21, 2025. Failures are caused by a 403 Forbidden error when trying to push to the repository.

Maven Central Publish step is returning a 403 Forbidden as well.

I'm using CDKTF - java, and am facing this issue as well. it seems the issue is on authenticating to the maven repository.
Not sure if this is related, but the repository they're using reached EoL: https://hashicorp.oss.sonatype.org/#welcome

There are no update since end of June. @skorfmann is this somewhere on a roadmap? Because a lot of people are using the terraform-aws-modules modules, which all require a newer AWS provider version.
