custom siteswap lists

Make it possible to upload custom siteswap lists which then are stored in local storage.

I was thinking about implementing this, curious if you had a plan on how you'd want it done, or if it needs some design consideration?

Love the project as it stands; really want #7 but I think it might be good to start here.
