Hdmi audio and video on Raspberry Pi OS Bookworm Lite (64-bit)

I installed my raspberry Pi 4B using this guide on the digital picture frame Great guide and I've been very happy with the outcome. When I try to get HDMI audio working it doesn't and when I did a quick search it seems this is a common problem. I broke my install trying some work arounds. Does anyone have a solution for this? I'll be doing a reinstall followed by a better image backup tomorrow and I though I'd seek advice from people who have done this alot. Any advice? Regards, I
