New install Pi 4B images display but not video

Brand new install on a 4B. Images display flawlessly but videos display as stills. When I look at the Pictures folder, the *.mp4 file is there but there are also 2 others, labeled *.1.frame and *.2.frame. Any help would be appreciated.
