[FEATURE]: Add Rare and Super Sample item IDs

What problem is solved?

The item_names.json contains the item ID for Common Samples but not the ones for Rare and Super Samples.

What is the solution?

Add the missing Rare and Super Sample entries to the item_names.json.

What value does this add?

People would be able to properly support "Extract" major order tasks ("Extract successfully with 1.000.000 Rare Samples on Fori Prime").
