Start players with some sort of resource transport automation #129

Automating resource motion is very fun; it should be part of level 0. Question is, which one?

  1. Pipes - only water, eh, kinda fine. But seeing your water "stagnate" isn't very fun (it looks passive)
  2. Transports - a lot more active but the UI feels worse.

Idea: what if it's arrows on the edges like pipes does, but also directional?
