Show image from Hellō vs Gravatar

Currently wordpress only shows profile images from Gravatar which are based on email address. Would like to enable users to use a profile image from Hellō for the site.

Other plugins allow other images to be used for profile -- investigate current best practice.

Investigate if site admins want this.

Alternative -> update gravatar from Hellō Wallet?
