Tor2web.org new web page

Currently the communication about Tor2web is extremely bad as it have:

• Old website on www.tor2web.org unmaintained and pointing to old code
• Wiki wiki.tor2web.org with very few developers information

We need to have a new, unique, web site for Tor2web.

It maybe nice to have also twitter integration.

Perhaps we should ask @aaronsw to have the site point to wiki.tor2web.org for the time being?

the best approach would be to:

• Migrate all the content from www.tor2web.org to wiki.tor2web.org
• Re-organize slightly wiki.tor2web.org
• Ask aaron to move the website
