Disable autologin on server start

Hey is it possible to remove autologin on serverstart? I just need the connection to the server be made with ssl and then stay idle. If I remove login/password params from the config file I get en error response from EPP server that I didnt supply any credentials. Thanks for your help and keep your great work up!
