wake lock on tracking

When the map moves to keep the current gps position in the middle of the screen, set a wake lock such that a mobile screen does not dim or turn off in this mode.

We can probably use the events trackuserlocationstart and trackuserlocationend from the Maplibre GL JS GeoLocationControl, see https://github.com/maplibre/maplibre-gl-js/blob/fd31bd85967c19446d836236e93021fb10ffe30d/src/ui/control/geolocate_control.ts#L95-L130.
