Pre-defined categories are not showing inside and second way also not working for add an expend functionality.

When I use

this format to add the parameters it showing that currently there are no categories.

But in user guide they cleary mentioned that there are six predefined categories.

And also at the end that format also giving error for add an expend functionality.
