LM Gate is early-stage software under active development. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. There is no guarantee of backwards compatibility between versions.
LM Gate is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall the author, contributors, or maintainers of LM Gate be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or procurement of substitute services) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
You are solely responsible for:
- Your own deployments and infrastructure
- Security configurations and access controls
- Data stored, processed, or transmitted through your LM Gate instance
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- If you offer LM Gate as part of a paid service, your own terms of service, support obligations, and warranties to your end users
LM Gate may be used as a component of third-party commercial products or paid services. The following applies to such use:
- The LM Gate project makes no representations or warranties about any third-party commercial offering built on or incorporating LM Gate
- Commercial terms between a user and a service provider are entirely separate from these terms
- Service providers using LM Gate are solely responsible for their own SLAs, support commitments, and warranties to their customers
There is no service-level agreement (SLA) associated with LM Gate. The author and contributors are under no obligation to provide support, updates, bug fixes, or new features.
LM Gate is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. These Terms of Use are in addition to — not a replacement for — the rights and obligations set forth in that license. In the event of a conflict, the Apache 2.0 license governs.
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of LM Gate after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
