[Bug]: Apple Pencil Text Annotation Cursor Jumps to Start After First Word

How to reproduce?

When i try to write with apple pencil pro on iPad, sometimes text is displayed before the last word. Writing normally makes first word to write, then rest of the text is displayed before this one.

this bug was raised before by a partner @caghp94 , I had to reopen this. Referencing the issue: #703

i already tried the proposals in comments without success

Thanks for creating that issue.

Unfortunately, I don't have an iPad with a Pencil to help fix this. However, I will mark it as "in progress," which will prevent it from automatically closing. If anyone has a solution, feel free to create a PR. I will review/merge it ASAP.
