First of all, thank you very much for developing SRBreak!
We are currently trying to use this R package via the dockerized version indicated in the README (i.e. this image), however, we are encountering issues with the container, as it does not seem to include the minimal required version of R package CNVrd2.
As far as we understand, CNVrd2_1.9.1 would be needed in order to be able to run the latest working version of SRBreak, nevertheless, the R sessionInfo() of the image shows that only CNVrd2_1.5.1 is installed. We were wondering if you have the correct dockerized version of this tool and whether it would be possible to update it in the repo? We would greatly appreciate it!
