How to run mTADA for single variant category?

Hello, I was trying to implement mTADA for single variant category but kept receiving the following error message:

Error in mod$fit_ptr() :
Exception: mismatch in number dimensions declared and found in context; processing stage=data initialization; variable 
name=Ndn1; dims declared=(1); dims found=()  (in 'model619f6a76ed59_ff6d9758ae6f1964e2f79a593fbb863b' at line 5)

Does anyone know how to fix this?
