Remove world boundaries #9

World boundaries are represented by actors

  • NoMountZoneVolume
  • NoDismountZoneVolume
  • MountHeightLimitVolume
  • MountSpeedLimitVolume

Once we grab all entities of those types, we can just call DestroyActor (k2) on them and boundaries will disappear
