The quote symbol was removed at the beginning of the line incorrectly. I believe, quotes must be removed from the title only if they start and and end it.

It's related to strip-characters. I believe it would be better to change the prompt to return the response without quotes. This way, we won't need strip-characters at all, and we can avoid tricky cases where unexpected characters might be removed.

@horw I'm not sure it will be possible to guarantee that LLM always returns its results without quotes. Sometimes it just doesn't listen to a prompt. But we can try.
