Add support for ranges

Hello. Sorry for the delayed response. At the moment I don't have any plans to add support for these. The initial use case was really for SQL LIKE which really only supports % and ?.

That said, it shouldn't be too hard to add in the compile step. If I have time and motivation to swing back around to this I might try adding it.
