Check/update metadata for DOs

There are some new digital objects that are not DOI'd that have some dummy metadata in it (most collections, all ds-graphs, landmarks, etc). Go through and get proper metadata setup for them.

@Hrishikesh-3459 for later, non-DOI'd DOs need to have their metadata reviewed and cleaned up.
