This issue aims to resolve the problems mentioned in the email titled “Kidney Schematics for KPMP.”
Issues:
The IDs in the illustration are spelled incorrectly for macula densa cells. Ex:
Illustration ID: Macula_dense_cell_1
Data ID: Macula_densa_cell_1
Note the mismatch of 'dense' vs 'densa'
The same issue occurs for the distal convoluted tubule cells. Ex:
Illustration ID: Distal_Convoluted_Tubule_Cell_1
Data ID: Distal_Convulated_Tubule_Cell_1
Mismatch between 'Convoluted' vs 'Convulated'
The following structures are missing corresponding entries in the data.
Inner_Medullary_Collecting_Duct_AS
Outer_Medullary_Collecting_Duct_AS
Is it possible to split the proximal tubule S1, S2, and S3 into separate groups? They are currently all in the same group which causes them to be highlighted together.
