Use RDFS labels in ASCT+B Reporter

Summary

The ASCT+B Reporter uses SME labels instead of RDFS labels. Using SME labels can lead to duplicate cell type and biomarker labels, which looks odd in the UI.

• Update the ASCT+B Reporter to use RDFS labels instead of SME labels
• Generate a preview link to share with @bherr2 & team

One note: not all as, ct, and b nodes will have an RDFS label because they don't have an associated ontology term yet. In that case, continue to use the SME label.
