CODEX and CODEX2 are being un-separated. The new codex-v1 schema should support the presence of dataset.json as in current codex-v1-with-dataset-json schema and the older directory configuration without dataset.json as described in codex-v0 . I believe codex-v1-with-dataset-json would need to be deleted or renamed to something not starting with 'codex' to prevent it's being viewed as a legit directory schema.
