Header icons: color blind mode and light mode toggles are swapped

Summary

In the top-right header, the icons for colorblind mode and light mode appear to be swapped between themes.

The eye icon should consistently mean "colorblind mode" and the sun icon should consistently mean "light mode"

• Colorblind mode: always the eye icon
• Light mode: always the sun icon

In current setup, the button shows the mode user switches to, but I think it should show the current mode.
