Feature Suggestion
After installing Condor Web Dashboard, do not force it to be bound to Telegram. Instead, log in directly to the web controller and modify the policy parameters.
Impact
Hello, Hummingbot Foundation
Telegram is banned in most countries, especially in the Middle East, where it is heavily restricted. Many countries, including Russia, Ukraine, China, and Turkey, have explicitly banned it and implemented various blocking measures. If Condor could be like the older versions of the Hummingbot Dashboard, not requiring a Telegram connection and allowing users to use it just like the previous Dashboard versions without a Telegram connection, that would be excellent. It would save a lot of time dealing with Telegram issues, allowing users to focus on learning Hummingbot.

Access the web console Simple configuration for quick setup
Some people don't need the Telegram bot. Could the Hummingbot Foundation consider providing a way to bypass Telegram binding and directly log into the Condor Web Dashboard, achieving the same functionality and quick configuration changes as the old Hummingbot Dashboard?
The old Hummingbot Dashboard API components are outdated and unusable. Therefore, we can only migrate to Condor.
