Keys - architect_perpetual_sandbox is listed in spot connector category

Describe the bug

While checking connector classification under /keys, the architect_perpetual_sandbox was found lsited with spot connectors. The expected result was that it should not appear there. This connector is the sandbox or testnet domain for architect_perpetual

Also there is no visibile testnet section connectors like this so it should be also removed, its probably because it has sandbox suffix that made it available

Steps to reproduce

• Check condor's commit e9c2a40
• Go to /keys then choose spot
