Describe the bug

The General Log in the instances tab is around 3-4 minutes late compared to the docker logs.

Steps to reproduce bug

1. Go to "Instances" tab
2. Open "General Log"
3. Compare it with docker logs timestamp

That's quite long. I got some lag, so the bots show up as inactive at first after starting.
