bug: Monet warning and error color contrast issues

What happened?

When using monet in a light theme, the warning color are hard to read.
And using monet with a the red or pink based wallpaper makes the destructive color almost invisible.

To Reproduce

For reproducing destructive background color :

• Use a red or pink based picture for monet (ex: https://wallpapercave.com/wp/wp9503569.jpg)
• Apply
• Try to change the preset for a warning menu
• Destructive button and font text are unreadable

For reproducing warning background color :

• Use any color for monet
• Look at the warning for the Shell option

Expected behavior

Text with warning or error colors should be always readable (especially the errors ones)
