wiki: seed the BerryWiki notebook for blocky-writer Replaces the placeholder "Welcome to the blocky-writer wiki!" page with a BerryWiki-format notebook: eight pages, a generated _Sidebar.md, and a hidden metadata block on each page carrying id, parent, position, kind and tags. Every page stays plain Markdown and renders natively in GitHub's wiki reader with or without BerryWiki. Content is written against what the repository actually contains: the two-function WASM boundary, name-driven (not coordinate-driven) writeback, the 20 BW_* error codes, six unit tests, and the things that are deliberately not implemented.
