The 'delete after extraction' passages in AFFIRMATION.adoc and REORGANIZATION-PLAN.adoc predate that measurement and are superseded: disposition is archive-in-place, do not delete. The spec/ extraction they did propose IS done (2026-09-17, byte-identical, canon.lock hashes unchanged).
