From 7bca9655cda174cd89ed195066abeca823ea1213 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: arena-agent Date: Tue, 22 Sep 2026 12:34:49 +0000 Subject: [PATCH] test(ci): re-register codeql workflow under a fresh path vexometer's codeql.yml startup_fails at EVERY content state tested: v4.38.1 (#90 base), v4.38.0 SHA (#90 merge), top-level grant removed (#92) - while byte-identical content passes on hypatia. Nexia-list probes proved a byte-identical workflow under a NEW path starts and runs, implicating a wedged workflow registration rather than content.
