fix: restore text destroyed by the rescript/deno/typescript blanking sweep

An automated sweep deleted the bare literals `rescript`, `deno` and
`typescript` (case-insensitively) from these files, leaving behind
broken action references, empty URL authorities and truncated prose.

The damage is committed into HEAD, so `git status` is clean and nothing
flags it. Restored lines are byte-identical to their pre-sweep form.

- journal-theme/.github/workflows/rescript-deno-ci.yml
  `denoland/setup-@v2` is not a resolvable action; the workflow fails at
  startup rather than running. Restored to `denoland/setup-deno@v2`.

  `https:///x/deno_dom` has an empty authority and cannot resolve.

Verified: the workflow re-parses as YAML; no `https:///` or `setup-@`
