Main Algorithm improved

Now we have a better understanding of the problem issue 10 is closed and we need to improve the algorithm of the generator.
The general requirement of the generator is to simulate a real environment of two engineers working on top of the same document.
When working simultaneously over the same document more than one heterogeneity will be added.

1. The input to the method is a AML document, seed.aml
2. To choose a random number (N), based on a Poisson distribution from 2 to the number of heterogeneities.
3. To add to seed.aml, elements causing N heterogeneities obtaining seed-0.aml and seed-1.aml which contains N heterogeneities between them.
4. To create the PSL-based Gold standard
