• Workflow Integration: Consolidated the "Send to All" functionality into the "Raise Request" button, offering a cleaner interface with a
  unified selection prompt.
  • Form Header UI: Redesigned the document header to include professional, pill-styled information blocks for "Created," "Closed"
    (conditional), and "Aging" values.
  • Alignment Fix: Applied inline-flex and nowrap CSS to the header labels to ensure data remains perfectly aligned on a single line.
  • Status Label Correction: Updated the document status indicator pill to display "Closed" instead of the system default "Close" for better
    readability.
  • Lifecycle Tracking: Added a permanent closing_date field to the database, ensuring accurate tracking of when an audit was officially
    closed, even if the record is later modified.
  • Tracker Tooltip Refinement: Improved the interactive status tracker tooltips to display Date + Aging (e.g., "Pending: 20-05-2026 (5
    days)"), providing auditors with both precise timing and urgency context.
