- removed the CFO and CHRO columns from the report script to fix the "Unknown column" database error.
- Redesigned the "Send Audit Query" dialog with a table layout for better visibility and added a "Select All" feature.
- Updated the rollback logic to allow resetting stages that are marked as "No Response" in addition to "Pending".
