add_volunteer command may give a weird display of the address if the next prefix was not spaced from the previous prefix

The number prefix is not captured and was joined together with the address prefix. The user might not realize that he/she forgot to put space between the prefix and this bug can happen.

We require all fields to be entered with a space between them. This is similar to the case where the user forgets to type the prefix, or missed out the slash,

Since address can take any values including slashes, New yorkp/99887432 is a valid address and FriendlyLink will proceed to to accept it as a valid address as intended.

The command format clearly shows spacing between each parameter. We feel that it is unnecessary to document that those gaps corresponds to a space.
For your case of filling a/ADDRESS as a/New yorkp/99887432, the ADDRESS is clearly New yorkp/99887432.
