DG and UG does not mention what the compulsory fields to have in order to add elderly or volunteer

both DG and UG mention what fields there are for add_elderly and add_volunteer, but does not mention which of the fields are necessary to have, or what combination of certain fields.

this could be problematic if someone truly does not have the compulsory fields and yet does not know why FL would not let them add the elderly / volunteer to the system.

As mentioned in the Interpreting our Command Format section in our user guide, optional fields are placed in brackets.

Hence, the compulsory fields are specified by the format of each command, where only name, NRIC and birthdate is compulsory
