MA-PRALINE still running from more than 15 days for 9000 sequences

Hi @mauritsd

First and foremost, thank you for providing a useful tool; I use MAPRALINE to diverge protein sequences. I have approximately 9000 sequences and sent the following command, which has been running on my server for more than 15 days. Could you help provide me some advice on how I should run this to receive output for my sequences?

mapraline -p "{Y}-[MV]-{DD}":5 myfile.fasta myfile_out.aln
